Learning at Home: Lakeshore Learning debuts new line of educational products

Being a stay at home mom can be challenging, especially on those terribly hot days when you just can’t play outside. That’s why I always like to have a few new toys or crafts up my sleeve to whip out when the natives start getting restless.

I am not the craftiest mom but I have slowly been growing my stash of craft supplies, which now take up residence in random drawers all over my house. What do you do with half a package of tongue depressors after making Airplane magnets anyways? The other challenge, besides organizing myself, is when I see a fun idea on Pinterest and I am missing 2 or 3 of the supplies needed. UGG! Thankfully I never have to worry about that again since receiving the Arts & Supply Center from Lakeshore Learning!

This is the single most complete craft storage center I have ever seen. It has EVRYTHING you need to make over 14 different crafts!

Here’s the breakdown:

  • 20 drawer craft case
  • 144 plastic letters
  • 130 felt shapes
  • 112 googly eyes
  • 100 mosaic tiles
  • 100 foam shapes
  • 100 buttons
  • 88 beads
  • 60 sparkly pipe cleaners
  • 50 colored craft sticks
  • 44 foam beads
  • 40 pom-poms
  • 40 feathers
  • 40 sparkles & sequins
  • 37 3-D sponges
  • 24 ribbon pieces
  • 12 long yarn pieces
  • 8 markers
  • 5 glitter glue pens
  • 2 tubes of white glue
  • 5 tinsel strips

Can you believe you get all this neatly organized for you in a re-usable case for only $49.99!? If I were to compile all these items from random trips to the craft store it would end up costing me so much more money.

From the minute I brought this out Little Man has not stopped asking to “make a craft” everyday. He was immediately drawn to the beads and loved stringing them on the pipe cleaner and yarn.

I also appreciated the suggested craft booklet they provide you. We have already made a few of them and it was a big hit.
